Arenaria Villas consists of two levels of 75 sq. metres. On the ground floor the kitchen and the sitting room come together. There is also a bedroom with a queen-sized bed (coco-mat) private bathroom while the wooden stairs lead to the first floor. In the sitting room the sofa can be converted into a queen-sized bed and the dining table can host six people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with two single beds (coco-mat) and a bathroom, too. Arenaria villa can provide room for six people. On the exterior there‘s a 34 sq.m pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a six person dining table.
